PLANNING & DESIGN
If you don’t already have a design, our designers will collaborate with you to create a custom blueprint tailored to your unique style and needs, if you already have a design, we’ll review it and move forward to planning. During our design consultation, we work with you to develop an initial layout, refining it by selecting fixtures, fittings, and finishes to finalize the design and costs, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and functionality. Simultaneously, we secure all necessary permits and approvals while providing a detailed, personalized schedule of key milestones, keeping the process seamless and transparent so you know exactly what to expect throughout your renovation.
PRE CONSTRUCTIONS PREPARATION
Before construction starts, we focus on preparing your site to safeguard your home, using floor and wall protections, dust seals for adjacent rooms, and furniture coverings as needed. We coordinate all required resources, materials, and equipment, ensuring seamless delivery, efficient setup, and effective waste management with skip bin if required.
CONSTRUCTION
